• Most auctions that offer BUY IT NOW will also allow for bidding activity. However, BUY IT NOW bids take precedence over traditional bids; see our Bidding Rules for details.

How does Maximum bid work with BUY IT NOW?

• Max. Bid works a little differently for auctions that are conducted with the BUY IT NOW option. If your maximum bid meets or exceeds the BUY IT NOW price, it does not guarantee you will win the bid other bidder may use BUY IT NOW function to instant purchase the item and end the auction priority to expiration.
