Claims on Auction Items may be submitted for the following reasons:

1. Overages - Buyer received more material than was listed on the Auction.
2. Shortages - Buyer received less material than was listed on the Auction.
3. Material Misrepresentations - Buyer received Auction Item and it was materially different from the posted Auction Item description.

1. Receiving Tin, steel lead instead of pure copper wire.
2. Receiving a completely different grade of material than was specifically advertised, unless that grade is of equal standing and conforms to industry standards of the listed Grade.
3. Receiving a completely different size of material than was specifically advertised. (One that does not fall within the tolerance range or conform to industry standards as per the advertised descriptive information provided in the listing; i.e. Gauge Ranges, Capacitance tolerance or size, etc.
4. Receiving a shortage that significantly devalues the lot due to transportation considerations.

PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS

1. Collect all Truck B/L's (Bills of Lading) or Weight Tickets for that Auction Item.
2. Prepare a Summary of B/L's or Weight Tickets for that Auction Item.
3. Email or Fax to Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd. the following items together:
   1. Account Sale for the Auction Item at interest
   2. Copies of ALL B/L's and Weight Tickets for that Item.
   3. Prepared Summary of ALL B/L's and Weight Tickets for that Auction Item.

1. Prepare a detailed written summary of the Material Misrepresentation.
2. Email or Fax to Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd the following items together.
   • Prepared Summary of Material Misrepresentation for that Auction Item.
   • Account Sale for that Auction Item.
   • Any additional documentation of Material
