This includes, but is not limited to, system failures, system errors, Internet related problems, power outages, fire and theft, or any or all Acts of God.
5. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd cannot and does not guarantee that any Seller or Buyer will complete the sale of, or consummate the purchase of, any Auction Item. All risk of the same is assumed by each individual Buyer and Seller and includes, but is not limited to, risks associated with dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons, or persons acting under false pretense.
6. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd reserves the right to omit, remove, or re-categorize, at any time, any listing at its sole discretion for any reason.
7. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd cannot and does not guarantee the receipt of e-mail associated with any business or transaction activities, this includes but is not limited to invoicing, bidding updates and winning bid notices by AMExchanges.com system and/or any Registered User of the auction system. This includes, but is not limited to, situations in which such failed delivery or receipt of e-mails is caused by system failures, system errors, Internet related problems, power outages, fire and theft, or any or all Acts of God.
8. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd strictly prohibits any Seller from bidding on his/her own listing or using any other third party, sham or shill bidding.
9. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd disclaims any expressed or implied warranties and/or guarantees and assumes no responsibility for the quality, worth, or durability of any item or items listed. Any Buyer's recourse lies with the Seller of the Auction Item.
10. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd is not responsible for and assumes NO risk or liability associated with the sale/purchase or potential sale/purchase of any listing. Such liability and responsibility rests solely with the Seller and/or Purchaser who elects to list any such Auction Item on the AMExchanges.com site for auction and/or I WANT TO BUY Item on the AMExchanges.com for the incidental sale and purchase.
11. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd denies and disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability.
12. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd strictly prohibits any inappropriate use of the system. However, Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd cannot and does not guarantee that inappropriate use of the system will not occur. This includes, but is not limited to, any inaccurate, incorrect, erroneous, untrue or fallacious information submitted for auction listings or user registration.
13. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd strictly prohibits the listing of any Auction Item that is illegal.
14. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd requires each Registered User to be of legal age in any and all jurisdiction that may apply to any transaction.
15. Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd strictly prohibits each Registered User from sending unsolicited e-mail to any other Registered User (i.e no spamming.)
