Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us.

Upon the submission of this information, you, the User, accept and agree that the said information may be used for the purposes of providing auction, purchasing, selling (and related) services to you on and through the AMExchanges.com venue.

Updating Records:
If, at any time, your personal information changes, you should correct or update your own records by clicking the top My AMExchanges tab at AMExchanges.com website. You, the user, may be requested from time to time to update your personal data to ensure that we have the most accurate, up to date records.

Duration For Which Information Is Kept:
At all times, the information collected will only be kept as long as is necessary. Should you elect to terminate your registration with us, your information will be kept until your last transaction on the website has been completed, and there is no longer any likelihood that we or any Registered Seller or Registered Buyer will wish to contact you in respect of any Auction or transaction. Such period is normally 3 to 6 month after you elect to terminate your registration on AMExchanges.com.

Your Password:
Your password may not be disclosed or shared with third parties. Should you lose control of your password, please change it immediately. You may click forgot password on sign in page of the AMExchanges.com. Once you enter your user name, AMExchanges,com system will automatically generate a new password to your registered e-mail account.

Cookies:
By default, cookies are used on many pages of our site. This information is only used to track your activity on the site and to provide a convenient way for you to use the services. If you decide to turn off cookies in your browser, you will not be able to use the auction system.

AutoNotify System:

We will use your e-mail information to send you outbid notices and notices regarding Auction Item closing for auctions in which you have bid. If you so elect, we will send you notices when there are items for sale on our site which we believe you may have interest in purchasing.

When you register, you will be placed on the AMExchanges.com mailing list by default unless you changed the "e-mailing list" selection to "NO" when you registered. We will occasionally send you information on the site to keep you informed of new services, changes to the User Agreement and/or any other events we deem important for our Registered Users.

Alliance Magnetics HK Ltd does not and will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without obtaining registered user's prior permission or consent.
