Shipping

All auctions, unless otherwise stated, are to be conducted with the Auction Item being sold on an "as is, where is" basis, for the account of "whom it may concern."

Successful Bidder is to arrange for payment of loading and transportation charges which will be necessary in taking delivery of Auction Item from present location and, upon receipt of letter of release for the Auction Item, is to take immediate possession of the Auction Item. All delay penalties are for the Successful Bidder's account. All logistical shipping matters are the responsibility of the Successful Bidder.

It is the responsibility of the Successful Bidder of an Auction Item to advise the Registered Seller of the Auction Item, within 72 hours from date of release of Auction Item, of any discrepancy in weight/quantity of Auction Item shown on that specific Auction Item's descriptive information by certified weight tickets or properly signed delivery receipts from location of the Auction Item; otherwise, it will be assumed the full quantity shown has been received.
